This place had a great location close to restaurants, the staff was polite, the room had a sitting area, writing table, work desk.

The staff where COOPERATIVE and amiable in case of questions. The rooms were spotless and big with private bathrooms.

Stayed for 1 night and was impressed by this great budget hotel. The room itself was spotless and outstanding. The position of the venue was good and unbeatable, a next door restaurant. We could drink something at Extreme Sports Bar, located 1 mi away. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

The room at the Balcony Hotel is extremely spacious and comes equipped with all the essentials you need, including a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, coffee and tea making equipment, and a seating area. the private bathroom is clean. the hotel has a particularly good location next to a restaurant which is absolutely perfect.

The place was fairly clean, the staff was excellent and friendly, and I greatly enjoyed the configuration of the triple room!
